The Humble Beginning.
“Najaah Artpalace” the business entity was founded in 1974 in Male’ (the capital of Maldives) by Mr. Ahmed Najah, who was the sole proprietor of the business.
The business offered a bit of the local culture and art in the form of a souvenir to keep included hand-printed beach-wear (such as cotton T-shirts, kimonos & beach sarongs), wooden handicrafts, coral ornaments and seashells (which were the main local souvenir items in the market at the time). Business was carried out on the 1st floor of a shop-house within the main tourist shopping area in the capital island, Male’.

Najaah Artpalace Pvt. Ltd. boasts a highly experienced, professional management team comprising of competent individuals to manage the diverse operations of the company. The key management team brings a wealth of experience of more than 26 years in the tax-free travel retail, general trading and food & beverage industries.
